Provide architectural and engineering services for the renovation and expansion. Professional services will include programming and space planning; architectural and engineering design; civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety systems; site and utility improvements; stormwater management; and full regulatory and code compliance. The selected Design Team shall provide services through all phases of the project, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, procurement assistance, Construction Administration, and project close-out.
