Description

The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA), a division of the Department of Human Services (DHS), is soliciting proposals (RFP-ITO-26-2025) for the provision of a cloud-based Public Housing Management Software Platform. The main purpose of this RFP is to identify and select a qualified vendor to implement and maintain a comprehensive software solution that will streamline and improve the management of public housing programs across the state of Hawaii. The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, providing a secure, scalable, and user-friendly cloud-based platform with functionalities such as: resident management, property management, financial management, reporting, and compliance. Key requirements include: adherence to federal and state regulations, data security and privacy, system integration capabilities, comprehensive training and support, and a proven track record of successful implementations in similar environments.
