Bolsa Chica Fire Pump Inspection and Testing

Complete weekly and annual fire pump and sprinkler system inspections for the seventy-two (72) sprinkler system. Annual inspection includes visual inspection on piping and sprinklers, check operation of the alarm system inside pump room, exercise and check all valves for proper operation, check Post Indicator Valve (PIV) for proper operation of access to main water supply, check valves for lubrication and packing, inspect and test pump and gauges inside pump room, and update information and test results into mandated log book and advise State Representatives of any potential issues that may have occurred during testing.
