Proposers shall become familiar with the requirements of the Request for Qualifications and all the Articles and Attachments included therein.An estimated Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) has been established as $32,500,000.00.PROJECT SCOPE: This work has been identified to include, not limited to:The Technology and Engineering Center (TEC) will be a new building of approximately 52,000-gsf located on the north end of campus between Kulshan Hall and the Phyllis & Charles Self Learning Commons. The new TEC will provide programmed space for computer science, computer information systems, IT networking, cybersecurity, engineering, and tech-equipped instructional spaces to support community learning and basic education offerings. These will include program specific labs, technology rich classrooms, and general-purpose classrooms. The building will also include staff and faculty offices along with student-focused spaces such as collaborative learning labs and study locations.This project includes design and construction of a new building and related infrastructure using the GC/CM delivery method. The building programming may include purposefully designed lab spaces to meet the physical security requirements of a Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) as defined by National Security Agency (NSA).INFORMATIONAL MEETING AND SITE TOURA non-mandatory informational meeting via TEAMS scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM PT.
