Community Development Engineering Services

The City of Washougal is seeking an engineering consultant firm to provide engineering services for the Community Development Department.  This department is responsible for Planning, Building, and Development Engineering services for the City.  The services requested as part of this RFQ include, but are not limited to, review and comment of development applications for compliance with the Washougal Engineering Standards (WES) regarding:Land divisions (Short Plat and Subdivision);Conditional Use Permits;Site Plan Reviews;Annexations;Development Agreements;Master Plans;Post Decision Reviews;Other development projects.In addition, representation at meetings and hearings will also be required.Use the link below to access and download project documents.https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofwashougal/projects/217229
