Description

The State of Oregon, Employment Department (OED) is seeking bids from qualified individuals to provide ongoing maintenance and repair services to the roof at OED Ontario Field Office. The preventative maintenance shall include semi-annual maintenance, through detailed inspections of the roof's envelope, cleaning of surfaces, snow removal as needed to maintain the integrity of the roof system. OED intends to award one contract for this solicitation
