Description
Provide rental equipment for special events held by various departments of the City. Contractor shall provide, install, setup, maintain and remove rental equipment including to tables (round and/or rectangular, and/or cocktail), chairs, linens (round and/or rectangular), canopies/tents, staging/stairs/skirts, dancefloors, lighting (rail and/or bay lights) fire extinguishers, umbrellas chafing dishes (and burners), and heat lamps.
Q&A Deadline November 12, 2025 2:00 PM. Questions regarding this IFB shall be submitted via PlanetBids. Project Duration Initial 1-year contract plus four, 1-year renewal options.
