DESIGN-BUILD Construct a new multistory parking structure. Requests for Clarification of the process or the documents may be submitted by email, Javier.Ruiz@pfm.sbcounty.gov, no later than 4:00 p.m. (PST), September 8, 2025. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
