The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), on behalf of the Blind Children’s Vocational Discovery and Development Program (BCVDDP) seeks a qualified Contractor to provide a series of virtual future planning training(s) to families or parents of blind or visually impaired children currently receiving BCVDDP services
