Description
The lack of an efficient, centralized data management solution for water boards staff to manage, track, and implement dredge or fill permits has led to program inefficiencies such as delayed permitting decisions, lost fee revenue, inability to track regulatory timelines, too much time spent on data entry, inconsistent communication with applicants, inefficient program tracking, and inconsistent application submittal processes
This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. Due Date to submit questions November 14, 2025, by 12:00 PM (Noon) PST The State Water Board will respond to questions via a Q&A posted to CSCR website by November 21, 2025
