Description
The City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is hereby soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Construction Management firms for a Municipal Services Administration Building project. The professional services contract is for Construction Management of the Municipal Services Administration Building located at 1819 S. Main Street. The Construction Manager will need to work in collaboration with the design team and Owner for pre-construction services, and throughout the duration of Construction. The schedule for the project is proposed as follows, Pre-Construction Design phase until July 2026, Bidding phase August 2026, and Construction Duration September 2026 through November 2027. The building is estimated to be 55,000 square feet.
