The other two tenants are to be determined. All tenant improvements will be under separate permits. The building shell is composed of wood framed walls, steel columns and beams, and a combination of single-ply membrane and standing seam metal roofing. The floors are open web joists with gypsum concrete topping. Interior walls are wood framed. All structural elements are to be 1-hour rated, and the project is targeting LEED Silver certification.
