Work includes 1 LS clearing and grubbing; 3 CY excavation; 50 LF combination curb & gutter, type 2; 3 EA concrete monument, type b; 4 EA catch basin adjusted to grade; 50 SY pavement repair; 4,600 SY pavement planing, asphalt concrete; 2 CY aggregate base; 644 GAL non-tracking tack coat; 96 CY asphalt concrete intermediate course, type 1 (449); 160 CY asphalt concrete surface course, type 1 (449), pg 64-22; 1 CY thinlay asphalt concrete, type med (driveways); 4,600 SY asphalt rejuvenating agent; 75 LF channelizing line; 2 CY asphalt concrete for maintaining traffic; 1 LS clearing and grubbing; 5 CY excavation; 4,851 SF curb ramp; 4 EA manhole adjusted to grade.
