Bidwell Park & Community Center Renovation

Work involves, but is not limited to, the conversion and expansion of a former elementary school building to a community center with assembly spaces, commercial kitchen, restrooms, av equipment; and renovation of 10 acres of parkland consisting of parking lots, children s play structure, basketball and pickleball courts, outdoor fitness court, lighting, vehicular and pedestrian pathways, site furnishings, bioretention basins, landscape and limited irrigation; new finishes, painting, and trims; replacement of existing ceilings; replacements of exterior materials, per exterior elevations; replacement of doors, storefront, and windows per door and window schedule.
