Description

To support families with complex needs that require additional support to access resources, child welfare services branch (cwsb) seeks to contract with a qualified organization to administer the cwsb family wrap program that provides services for families and children that may need additional support services as they work towards reunification or other permanency goals. These services include facilitation and plan development and support services, community navigation, peer parent supports, peer youth supports and flexible funds. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Written questions will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. HST on Thursday, November 13, 2025
