Description
Provide hvac replacement. Replacement of existing ground source heat pump system in its entirety. Replacement of existing water source heat pumps with new hydronic 4-pipe blower coil units. Replacement of exiting water source energy recovery units with new energy recovery units. Removal of all ground source piping. Removal and replacement of existing boiler system and mechanical room piping with a new boiler plant, chiller plant, pumps and controls. See attached file.
