Description

Consultant will perform a geomorphic analysis, Hydrologic & Hydraulic (H&H) analysis, and streambank stabilization design for a downstream portion of Stewarts Creek. The objective is to mitigate ongoing erosion, protect adjacent infrastructure and property, and improve long-term channel stability along approximately 1,000 linear feet (LF) of Stewarts Creek near the West Fork San Jacinto River (extents of stabilization design to be verified by the study). The Consultant will evaluate up to three (3) concept-level alternatives for erosion control and should include both structural and nature-based techniques for streambank stabilization. Based on recommendations from the Consultant, the County will select one (1) alternative to advance to design phase. The Consultant will then provide data collection, analysis, design, permitting, bid-phase, and construction-phase services for the recommended design solution(s)
