Description

Consulting engineering firm or team (Consultant) for design and support during construction of the Primary Sludge Thickening Project (PST Project). This Request for Proposal (RFP) includes the information needed for proposal preparation and various attachments associated with proposal preparation and contractual requirements, including a Sacsewer sample agreement, sample labor hour matrix, and the Biosolids Management Plan.
