Description
Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to replace the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office Law Records and Jail Management System. The Sheriff’s office is seeking a modern, integrated, and scalable solution to support law enforcement operations, detention center management and associated administrative functions. This RFP outlines the basic specifications, basic required features, sample integration expectations, and evaluation criteria. The Sheriff’s Office current system, Central Square’s One Solution, is nearing the end of its life for their operational needs. The new system must provide seamless integration with Hexagon OnCall Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and multiple third-party vendors. We emphasize interoperability, data security, data analytics, and long-term maintainability. The County is committed to a transparent and competitive procurement process and encourages all interested and qualified firms with demonstrated experience in public safety who meet the requirements of this RFP to submit a response
