The required maintenance will include, but is not limited to pruning, watering, irrigation maintenance, weeding, trash clean up, and snow removal. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A deadline is on 02/09/26; 2:00 PM. The initial contract will be a twenty-two month term, with three additional one year extension term. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
