Description

Work includes consists of renovations of an existing 63,995 SF four story w/mechanical penthouse, type ii-b building. The renovations include a new mechanical system serving all spaces and targeted renovations of 20,227 SF including lab casework, fume hood upgrades, related mechanical, electrical, plumbing revisions along with architectural finishes, and accessibility improvements.
