Description

Work consists of clearing and/or demolition of a total of 109 lots. Work shall includes, clearing and demo of any main structure, detached structures, ground debris, septic systems and appurtenances. Q&A deadline was till 10/09/25, 5:00 PM. Mandatory pre-bid meeting was held at Procurement Department, Conference Rm, 1632 S. Nelson Drive Chandler, Arizona 85226 on 09/24/25, 10:00 AM & 09/30/25, 1:00 AM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
