Consulting Services for Disaster Recovery and FEMA Public Assistance (RFP)

Provide professional consulting services for Disaster Recovery and FEMA Public Assistance. The City request proposals for assistance to support the City’s Disaster Recovery operations and FEMA Public Assistance preparation to expedite financial recovery and mitigation to minimize impacts from future disasters. This will include, but not limited to, reporting, and other consulting services associated with damages sustained as a result of any future disasters that may arise. The selected consultant shall possess demonstrated experience in disaster recovery programs, and have extensive knowledge and expertise in the operations of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) Program, Hazard Mitigation Program (HMP), and other federal and state programs to ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, executive orders and FEMA requirements. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. Question writing due by October 15, 2025. Term of one year, with four renewal options.
