Attached, please find an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Psychiatric Services in Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, and Tompkins Counties - IFB BR 031826. OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Broome DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to performPsychiatric Services at multiple sites located throughout Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, and Tompkins Counties. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, on-site and telehealth psychiatric care and consultative services for Individuals with developmental disabilities. OPWDD is looking for a qualified treatment provider who can commit to the full term of the contract. Experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. To complete the work as listed in the Qualifications and Scope of Work, all bidders should submit at least three (3) work references that will verify that the bidder or one of its principals have at least one (1) year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and at least (1) one year of experience as a NY State licensed Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Each Treatment Provider, who is not a principal, should submit at least three (3) work references that will verify that they have at least one (1) year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and at least (1) one year of experience as a NY State licensed Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Bidders may bid on one or multiple sites and multiple contracts may be awarded. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder(s) that provide the lowest Total Estimated Annual Cost per site. Prevailing Wage will not apply.
