Description

The scope of work consists of and includes, but is not limited to the removal of the existing roof shingles and skip sheathing in their entirety. Install new 1/2" plywood roof sheathing, new underlayment, and wood roof shingles to establish a reliable and long-lasting roofing system and other related work as per the plans and specs. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Bidders must submit any inquiry under this section by 2:00 PM. at least 3 working days before the bid deadline.
