INVITATION TO BID Alaska Court SystemISSUING OFFICE ISSUE DATE: November 3, 2025Alaska Court System, Facilities Department Project No. ANC-C-25-0018 820 West 4th AvenueAnchorage, Alaska 99501 All questions shall be directed to the Facilities Project Manager: Eddie Hebert at (907) 264-8242 or via email at ehebert@akcourts.govPROJECT Boney Courthouse Mechanical Upgrades and Generator ReplacementProject site: Boney Courthouse, 303 "K" Street, Anchorage, AK 99501Description and sequence of Work:The project consists of interior scope and exterior scope and is separated into base bid and five alternates.Interior scope includes work in the Basement, Level 1, Level 5 and the Penthouse.Basement scope includes demolition and replacement of pneumatic air terminal units, lighting, ACT ceilings, central heating system upgrades, demolition of the existing standby generator, demolition and replacement of stand-by automatic transfer switch, stand-by branch circuit panels and transformer, new split system indoor heat pump unit, and seismic restraint of existing equipment.Level 1 scope includes extension of the building's return air shaft.Level 5 scope includes demolition and replacement of HVAC distribution systems, lighting, and ACT ceilings.Penthouse scope includes new split system outdoor unit with refrigeration piping, seismic restraint of existing equipment and demolition and replacement of stand-by branch circuit panels and transformer.Exterior scope includes a new packaged standby generator and associated site and landscaping work.Demolish existing mechanical and electrical systems and provide new to the extent shown and specified.Provide architectural, structural, and site modifications as shown and specified to compliment the mechanical and electrical upgrades.
