On-Call ITS / Lighting Operations and Maintenance Services

The Rhode Island Department of Transportation (hereafter referred to as RIDOT) is responsible for the ownership, operation, and maintenance of a wide range of transportation infrastructure systems across the state. This includes Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Field Devices, light emitting diode (LED) streetlights, and state-maintained traffic control signal systems. The intent of this contract is to establish a reliable and responsive service agreement that supports both routine and urgent maintenance needs, as well as the installation of new infrastructure. The CONTRACTOR will be expected to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the required services in accordance with RIDOT standards and the direction of the TMC. This contract plays a vital role in supporting RIDOT’s mission to enhance roadway safety, improve traffic flow, and maintain the integrity of the state’s transportation network
