Provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for 42nd Street Intersection Safety Improvements for the Public Works Transportation Engineering & Design, all in accordance with the provided specifications, event line items and all documents requested herein. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION.
