Description

Work includes bandshell improvements. Remove cementious coating on shell side, roofs, and back and top of proscenium arch. Prepare substrate for new exterior finish system coating. Install new exterior finish system and water management measures. Remove peeling paint from underside of shell, patch and apply exterior finish system. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
