Sandersville is seeking roofing services to replace and repair the existing building roof.

Description

Work includes to replace the roofing on the building, nspect and repair damaged roof truss system, remove existing roof system and dispose of properly, properly prepare roof decking, install necessary drainage for roof system, install 3" of polyisocyanurate (iso) insulation mechanically attached on the upper section, install new galvanized tpo coated flashing or approved equivalent and any other flashing needed to complete system properly, install minimum 45 mil tpo roof system.
