Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS), seeks proposals for the operation of secure treatment for adult civilly-committed persons pursuant to MGL 123, Section 35. The vendors for this service will provide assessment, admission, treatment, and discharge planning in an environment that is conducive to treatment in an involuntary setting.
