Description

Work consists of installing new prefabricated modular classroom buildings on a concrete foundation system and associated sitework. The sitework consists of site demolition, earthwork / grading, site electrical, site and building data / telecommunications, site and building fire alarm system, underground utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving, handrails & guardrails, fencing & gates, landscaping & irrigation, site striping, survey, and erosion control. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. DVBE goal 3%. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
