Provide the operation and maintenance of a technical solution to improve clinical case augmentation and improve care coordination for persons displaced during declared emergencies (EG, hurricanes and wildfires). Intended Single Source Audacious Inquiry, LLC. Estimated Dollar Amount: $2,000,000.00. for the proposed two years and six months contract term, which includes costs for E-PLUS (Patient Search, Emergency Census, Missing Persons) license and connection fee, new features and configurations, program management, and technical management This Solicitation is "SOLE SOURCE" and not an Bid Opportunity.
