Arrestee Kits

38,000 EA of Kits will be stored in stock at vendor. Kits will be shipped and invoiced upon receipt of written notice/shipping instructions from the contract office. Shipments will be in multiples of 10. Kits will be shipped by delivery confirmation method. The components of each Buccal Swab Collection kit shall include Heat Sealed Poly Bag, 8”x12”, Quantity 1. The Bag shall contain the following items Kit Envelope, 6”x9”, POLY MAILER, 3 mil, white, printed with USACIL pre-paid Business Reply artwork. Peel and Seal closure flap printed with “After Sealing Envelope Affix Kit Shipping Seal Here and Over Flap.” Quantity 1. The envelope is marked with “Exempt Human Specimen” printed in at least 14-point type in bottom left corner. See attached file.
