The purpose of the hearing will be to receive testimony and comments on the final calculation of the fiscal year 2026 regulatory cost charges that the AOGCC proposes to impose on operators pursuant to 20 AAC 25.615.Copies of the AOGCC’s proposed regulatory cost charges may be obtained from the AOGCC by contacting the AOGCC’s Administrative Operations Manager, Tracie Paladijczuk, at (907) 793-1245 or tracie.paladijczuk@alaska.gov.The hearing, which may be changed to full virtual, if necessary, will be held in the AOGCC hearing room located at 333 West 7th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501.
