Corpyard Phase II - Roof/Shade Structure Upgrades (RFP)

Work includes fabricate deliver, and install a 1,100 SF (20' x 40' plus 35' x 6') waterproof roof covering structure over the open area between modular restroom and locker buildings; frame material galvanized or powder-coated aluminum or steel; roofing system to be one of the following or equivalent standing seam metal panels (24-26 gauge), tpo membrane on 3/4" exterior-grade plywood; uv-protected polycarbonate panels (translucent option); maintain a minimum 8'-0" clearance from grade to the lowest structural member. ; anchor the structure securely to cast-in-place footings or existing slab with approved methods. See attached file. Question Submission Deadline October 23, 2025, 4:00pm. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. The initial term of the Contract is at the City's discretion and may be up to 3 years. The City also reserves the right to extend the Contract for up to 2 additional 1-year terms. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
