26-42 Substitute Staffing and Management Services

The Jones County School System is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Substitute Staffing and Management Services. A mandatory pre-proposal conference for interested vendors will be held at 10:00 a.m. (EDT) on February 16, 2026, and will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Attendance at this conference is required, and no alternative dates will be offered. Instructions for accessing the Zoom meeting are provided in the document section of this solicitation. Vendors should ensure the Zoom application is installed on their computer or mobile device and are encouraged to review the solicitation in advance of the meeting. The purpose of the conference is to provide potential offerors with an opportunity to ask questions and obtain clarification regarding any aspect of this solicitation. All proposers intending to submit a response to this RFP must attend at the time and in the manner specified. Any modifications resulting from this conference will be issued through a written addendum to the solicitation
