Description

Construction, installation and testing of new copper water service, meter, meter pit (if applicable), buffalo box, valve box and service shutoff valve, restoration of pavement and landscaping, and interior restoration as required. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Water Department on February 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM, local time. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to allow Bidders to ask questions regarding project scope. The Water Department is located at 400 E. Chicago Avenue, East Chicago, IN 46312. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
