Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Health, has issued RFP #HTH 560-CG-FFS-27 for Early Intervention Services for Infants and Toddlers.
The primary purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations to provide comprehensive early intervention services to eligible infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, and their families, within the State of Hawaii.
The scope of services includes but is not limited to: identification and referral; screening and assessment; development of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs); provision of early intervention services such as specialized instruction, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and family support services; and service coordination. Key requirements include adherence to federal and state regulations, qualified personnel, specific service delivery models, data collection and reporting, and compliance with billing and payment schedules.
