Missouri DOT is seeking bridge deck replacements with clearing, aggregate, gravel, and rock blanket for infrastructure repair.

Description

Work includes 1 AC of clearing and grubbing; 1,115 SY of 4" thick type 1 aggregate for base; 28 SY of gravel (A) or crushed stone (B); 1,114 CY of furnishing type 2 rock blanket; see attached files. Submit completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening. All questions concerning the bid document preparation shall be directed to the Central Office - Design Division at 573-751-2876. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. DBE goal is 3%.
