Municipal Yacht Harbor Restroom Replacement Project

The City of New Orleans is soliciting proposals for the Municipal Yacht Harbor Restroom Replacement Project, RFP number 123461-4552. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing restroom facilities at the Municipal Yacht Harbor. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the complete demolition and removal of the existing restroom structure and the design, construction, and installation of a new, modern, and code-compliant restroom facility. Proposals should address all aspects of the project, including architectural design, engineering, permitting, construction, plumbing, electrical, and accessibility compliance. Key requirements include adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Proposals must detail the firm's experience with similar projects, project management approach, proposed timeline, and cost breakdown.
