Insert, insulating joint kit, 4", flange dimensions per asme b16.5, flange isolation gasket bore to match pipe bore/schedule, with 1/4" thick nsf 61 certified g10 gasket, g10 full length bolt sleeves,4 x hcs dielectric washers per bolt, 5/8'' x 3 1/2''l teflon-coated carbon steel heavy hex bolts per astm a307 grade b, teflon-coated heavy duty carbon steel nuts per astm a194 grade 2h, class 150 flange bolt pattern (use specified bolt dimensions), 20 each.
