Description
Seeking qualified contractors to provide supplemental janitorial and custodial services. Spot sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors and carpets (scheduled rotation, not daily activity). Empty and clean waste receptacles; replace liners (as needed). Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, walls, dispensers, and floors). Refill restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Dust and wipe down horizontal surfaces and public furniture (as needed). Clean glass doors, partitions, and display cases. Remove smudges and fingerprints from high-touch areas (elevators, door handles, counters, etc.). Spot-clean walls, fixtures, and signage. See outside link.
