CMU 2856 Athletic Complex (RFP)

Qualified CMGC contractors for the athletic complex project. This project proposes construction of a two-story athletic complex complete with a locker room equipped with 126 lockers, restroom, showers, sports medicine and separate exam rooms, multiple break out rooms separate team meeting rooms, coaches offices and separate locker room, separate officials locker room and restroom, all on the first floor, with a panoramic viewing platform complete with pre function space, a catering kitchen, public restroom and exterior seating on the second floor. The new structure will replace an existing building on the site.
