Mather Field Road Enhancements Project - Phase 1

The City of Rancho Cordova Public Works Department is soliciting bids for the Mather Field Road Enhancement Project – Phase 1. The Mather Field Road Enhancements Phase 1 Project includes construction of new sidewalk improvements, ADA-compliant curb ramps, installation of a pergola, resurfacing of the existing soundwall, and associated landscape enhancements. The total construction estimate is $1.3 million, with an anticipated construction duration of 40 working days. Contractors should have a strong understanding of Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications, applicable State and Federal regulatory requirements, and County of Sacramento and City of Rancho Cordova design and development standards.
