Work consist of provide new asphalt parking areas and new asphalt drive paving. Remove existing improvements as required. Provide painted striping at parking areas, provide new retaining walls, provide new concrete walks adjacent to new parking. Provide new stairs and railings, provide new underground storm piping, catch basins, discharge, etc, provide new ADA accessible parking spaces and accessible route to community building, new pavilion, new playground and new basketball court. Coordinate accessible walk and entry at community building, remove existing playground equipment and surfacing. Provide new 20' x20' pavilion, new playground, new playground/surfacing and new basketball court. Provide new chain-link fencing at basketball court. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
