Concession to Operate Childcare Services at Piikoi Youth Center

The Kauai Director of Finance, State of Hawaii, is soliciting proposals (RFP #4086) for a concession to operate childcare services at the Piikoi Youth Center. The primary objective of this RFP is to secure a qualified and experienced provider to deliver comprehensive childcare programs at the specified location. The scope of the concession includes, but is not limited to, daily operation and management of the childcare facility, staffing, curriculum development and implementation, provision of necessary equipment and supplies, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations, and maintaining positive relationships with parents and the community.
