Description
DESIGN-BUILD. Seeking qualifications from qualified Design/Construction Firms for the renovation of the auditorium floor at Middle School.The project is being funded with local capital dollars and has a budget of approx. $300,000. This budget is inclusive of engineering fees, design fees, materials, and construction costs associated with the repair or replacement of the flooring sub-structure and/or flooring. The project design is anticipated to start during the spring of 2026. The Firm will be evaluated and selected through a qualifications-based selection process.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
