INVITATION TO BID Project:Veterans Park Demolition ProjectNo:PR2307 The proposed project will take place at Veterans Park, located at 1036 Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411. The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing splash pad, underground vaults, and electrical panels. Following demolition, the area will be repurposed with new landscaping and irrigation, and will conclude with the restoration of select concrete statues. Project Budget:$80,000.00 (Drawings & Project Manual) Project plans and documents may be requested free of charge at:www.royalpalmbeachfl.gov/rfps Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a certified bank check made payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond.  The amount of the security shall not be less than five (5) percent of the Bidder's total price indicated in Bid Form. In accordance with F.S. 287.133 (2) (a), persons and affiliates who have been placed on the convicted vendor list may not submit bids, contract with, or perform work (as a DESIGN-BUILDER, supplier, subcontractor or consultant) with any public entity (i.e. Village of Royal Palm Beach) in excess of Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars (or such other amount as may be hereafter established by the Florida Department of Management Services in accordance with F.S. 287.017) for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
