4441 and 4443 Diplomacy Janitorial Services (RFP)

Providing professional janitorial cleaning services and general sanitary maintenance at the following two (2) buildings. Deadline to Submit Questions November 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Proposers must register with the SCF Contract Administrator by emailing SCFPurchasing@southcentralfoundation.com no later than November 12, 2025. Include the RFP Number and title in the subject line of the email when you register. The contract term shall begin with the selection of a winning Proposer in February, 2026. The targeted timeframe for the scope of work to be completed is between 3 years with an option to extend once - 3-year extension which may be exercised by Southcentral Foundation.
